Dycure TAIC

Dycure TAIC is a multi-functional olefin monomer containing aromatic heterocyclic, which is predominantly used as a crosslinking agent and modifier:

  1. Dycure TAIC is a modifier for a variety of thermoplastics (polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate, polystyrene). The crosslinked products significantly improve heat resistance, flame resistance, solvent resistance, mechanical strength and electrical properties.

  2. Dycure TAIC as a co-vulcanizing agent for ethylene-propylene rubber, fluorine rubber, and CPE, the curing time is drastically shortened while strength, abrasion-, and corrosion resistance are improved.

  3. Dycure TAIC as a crosslinking agent for acrylate, styrene-type ion exchange resin shows higher quality than di-vinylbenzene crosslinking agents and can be prepared for ionic exchange resins, offering improved properties such as anti-pollution, high strength, large diameter, heat-, acid-alkali resistance and excellent anti-oxidation.

  4. Dycure TAIC as modifier for epoxy, DAP (Diallyl phthalate), the heat resistance, adhesion, mechanical strength and dimensional stability are improved.

  5. The homo-polymer of Dycure TAIC (polytriallyl isocyanurate) can be used for bonding glass and ceramics due to its clearness, hardness, heat-resistant and excellent electrical insulation. It is typically used to manufacture multi-layer safety glass.

  6. Dycure TAIC as a protecting agent for metal, pre-polymer of TAIC bakes on metal surface, and the coating has superior heat resistance, radiation resistance, weather resistance and electrical insulation. It is typically used in insulating materials of manufactured printed circuit boards and other microelectronic products.

  7. Dycure TAIC as an inner plasticizer of polystyrene and styrene copolymerization with TAIC creates a transparent, anti-broken product.

  8. Dycure TAIC as intermediates of photocurable paint, photo-resist, flame-retardant crosslinking agent is typically used in synthesis of high effective flame retardant TBC and DABC.
