Dycure TAC has trifunctional groups and operates as an assistant crosslinking agent in the rubber and plastics industry. It effects the crosslinking agent of CPE and polyolefin and is used as an irradiation crosslinking agent or photo sensitizer in PVC (normal dosage is 1-1.5phr). It substantially enhances the strength, rigidity and heat resistance of plastic products, and can be employed for a prolonged period at around 250°C. Thus, Dycure TAC is a novel crosslinking agent for preparing high-performance unsaturated polyester and acrylic resin products. It is especially suitable for the preparation of high temperature resistant and high strength FRP products. It can also be utilized in the rubber and cable industry to create vulcanization accelerators for highly saturated rubbers, improving the vulcanization effect. |
